Eligibility for Refunds

- Project Cancellation by Nexcified: If we are unable to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a full or partial refund may be issued.
- Duplicate Payments: If a payment is accidentally made more than once, we will process a refund for the extra charge.
- Non-Delivery of Service: If the agreed-upon service has not been initiated or delivered within the specified timeframe due to reasons beyond the client’s control.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including:
- Completed and Delivered Projects: Once a project or service has been completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued.
- Custom Development Services: Due to the time, effort, and resources involved in tailored software and web development, refunds will not be provided once work has begun.
- Subscription-Based Services: Payments made for subscription-based services (e.g., maintenance, hosting, or SaaS solutions) are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.
- Client-Initiated Cancellations: If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, a refund will not be granted, though partial refunds may be considered at Nexcified’s discretion depending on the progress made.

To request a refund, clients must:
- Submit a written request via email to info@nexcified.co within 7 days of the issue arising.
- Provide detailed reasons for the refund request along with any relevant documentation or proof.
- Allow 5-10 business days for review and processing. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Dispute Resolution
If a client is dissatisfied with a service, we encourage them to contact us first to resolve the issue before requesting a refund. We value transparency and customer satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address concerns.
